September 2025: PeaceIn & PeaceOut – New Youth Programme Launch

In September 2025, SouLight proudly introduced the Peace In & Peace Out Youth Peace Education Programme, designed to help young people rediscover calm and compassion amid today’s fast-paced world.

By blending Peace Studies and Nonviolent Communication (NVC), the programme encourages youth to explore their inner world—transforming anxiety, fear, and anger into understanding and care. Dr. Chow personally visited participating schools, guiding teachers in bringing peace education to life.

Schools shared heartwarming feedback—students felt more present, empathetic, and genuinely connected to their inner selves.
