August 2024: Joining the SOS School Mental Health Fund – Community Interaction Day

On 24 August 2024, SouLight took part in the SOS School Mental Health Fund Community Interaction Day at Citywalk 2, co-organised by Wofoo Social Enterprises and @thewellnessjourney.hk.

We showcased our Peace Education Pilot Programme and demonstrated how Acceptance, Compassion, and Transcendence foster calmness, empathy, and resilience in the face of stress, depression, and bullying.

Having supported over 1,200 secondary students, this event became a meaningful exchange among educators, social workers, and parents—united in building whole-school wellbeing.
