Building on this success, SouLight received CUHK’s Knowledge Transfer Project Fund (KPF)to further integrate wellbeing and experiential learning into classrooms.
Our sessions featured singing bowl therapy, role-play, poetry, and mindfulness, all designed to help students ground their emotions and connect through empathy. Guided by tutors Cheetah Chak and Pamela Suen, students described feeling spiritually lighter, more centred, and free from academic pressure.
This stage deepened our belief in storytelling as a force of healing and transformation—even in Hong Kong’s fast-paced classrooms, compassion can truly flourish.
